Additional houses have recently changed hands nearby:

• In August 2021, a 2,564-square-foot home on Bond Road in Elk Grove sold for $988,500, a price per square foot of $386.
• A 1,654-square-foot home on the 9200 block of Willow Falls Circle in Elk Grove sold in December 2021 for $570,000, a price per square foot of $345.
• On Sierra River Drive, Elk Grove, in May 2021, a 2,265-square-foot home was sold for $573,000, a price per square foot of $253.
