A 1,135-square-foot house built in 1948 has changed hands. The property located in the 1300 block of Castec Drive in Sacramento was sold on Aug. 29, 2022. The $1,150,000 purchase price works out to $1,013 per square foot. The property features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a garage, and two parking spaces. It sits on an 8,930-square-foot lot.

• On La Sierra Drive, Sacramento, in December 2021, a 1,613-square-foot home was sold for $1,495,000, a price per square foot of $927.
• In August 2022, a 1,921-square-foot home on Berrendo Drive in Sacramento sold for $725,000, a price per square foot of $377.
• A 2,085-square-foot home on the 1200 block of La Sierra Drive in Sacramento sold in May 2021 for $875,000, a price per square foot of $420.
