El Dorado farmhouse sells for $1.3 million

A spacious house built in 2006 located in the 5100 block of Kingvale Road in El Dorado has a new owner. The 5,119-square-foot property was sold on Sept. 2, 2022 for $1,325,000, or $259 per square foot. The property features six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a garage, and two parking spaces. The unit sits on a 10.0-acre lot.

Additional houses have recently changed hands close by:

• A 2,105-square-foot home on the 2000 block of Goldorado Trail in El Dorado sold in May 2022 for $917,000, a price per square foot of $436.
• On Goldorado Trail, El Dorado, in August 2021, a 4,380-square-foot home was sold for $1,789,000, a price per square foot of $408.
• In July 2022, a 2,937-square-foot home on Concept Mountain Road in El Dorado sold for $898,000, a price per square foot of $306.
