The house built in 2017 has an interior space of 2,935 square feet. The property features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a garage, and three parking spaces. It sits on a 1.6-acre lot.

These nearby houses have also recently changed hands:

• On Diablo Vista Avenue, Galt, in June 2022, a 2,381-square-foot home was sold for $945,000, a price per square foot of $397.
• A 2,392-square-foot home on the 13100 block of Saddle Crest Circle in Galt sold in July 2022 for $862,000, a price per square foot of $360.
• In December 2021, a 4,310-square-foot home on Saddle Crest Circle in Galt sold for $1,058,000, a price per square foot of $245.
