• A 2,575-square-foot home on the 800 block of Laverstock Way in Sacramento sold in April 2022 for $1,305,000, a price per square foot of $507.
• On Morris Way, Sacramento, in April 2022, a 3,113-square-foot home was sold for $1,495,000, a price per square foot of $480.
• In October 2021, a 2,145-square-foot home on Southwick Way in Sacramento sold for $800,000, a price per square foot of $373.
