The median price per square foot for a home in Folsom increased in the last week to $357. That’s $41 more than the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Folsom was $340.

The most expensive community in Sacramento County is Downtown and Midtown, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $521.

The best deal can be found in Galt, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $254.

In the last week, a 2,462-square-foot home on Stetson Court in Folsom sold for $880,000.
