The median price per square foot for a home in Rocklin decreased in the last week to $314, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $91 less than the Placer County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Rocklin was $328.
The most expensive community in Placer County is Truckee, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $587.
Outside of Rocklin, the best deal can be found in North Sacramento, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $316.
In the past week, a 2,038-square-foot home on Montclair Drive in Rocklin sold for $640,000.
