The 2,290-square-foot property was sold on Sept. 9, 2022 for $1,220,000, or $533 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms, two baths, an attached garage, and one parking space. There's also a pool in the backyard. The unit sits on a 5.0-acre lot.

Additional houses have recently changed hands close by:

• On Hickok Road, El Dorado Hills, in August 2022, a 4,450-square-foot home was sold for $1,295,000, a price per square foot of $291.
• In December 2021, a 1,743-square-foot home on Sweet Valley Road in El Dorado Hills sold for $720,000, a price per square foot of $413.
• A 2,332-square-foot home on the 2000 block of Sweet Valley Road in El Dorado Hills sold in April 2022 for $1,195,000, a price per square foot of $512.
