Tahoma detached house sells for $1.9 million

A spacious and recently built house built in 2014 located in the 7000 block of Ninth Avenue in Tahoma has a new owner. The 3,020-square-foot property was sold on Sept. 15, 2022 for $1,875,000, or $621 per square foot. The property features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, an attached garage, and two parking spaces. It sits on a 6,098-square-foot lot.

Additional houses have recently changed hands close by:

• A 1,144-square-foot home on the 7200 block of Seventh Avenue in Tahoma sold in September 2021 for $700,000, a price per square foot of $612.
• On Seventh Avenue, Tahoma, in November 2021, a 870-square-foot home was sold for $148,318, a price per square foot of $170.
• In April 2021, a 528-square-foot home on Fourth Avenue in Tahoma sold for $500,000, a price per square foot of $947.
