The median price per square foot for a home in South Sacramento increased in the past week to $307. That’s $21 less than the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in South Sacramento was $299.

The most expensive community in Sacramento County is East Sacramento, where the median price per square foot in the last week was $509.

The best deal can be found in Galt, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $273.

In the past week, a 1,950-square-foot home on Leopard Lily Court in South Sacramento sold for $600,000.
