See the decrease in real estate prices in The Delta last week
The median price per square foot for a home in The Delta decreased in the past week to $332. That’s $35 less than the Solano County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in The Delta was $337.
In the last week, a 1,280-square-foot home on South Front Street in The Delta sold for $425,000.
The figures in this text are based on sales registered during the week of Oct. 3.
