Galt: what was the increase in real estate prices last week?

The median price per square foot for a home in Galt increased in the last week to $273, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $55 less than the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Galt was $254.

The most expensive community in Sacramento County is East Sacramento, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $509.

Outside of Galt, the best deal can be found in Natomas, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $288.

In the past week, a 2,428-square-foot home on Taplin Way in Galt sold for $665,000.
