The median price per square foot for a home in Citrus Heights decreased in the past week to $300. That’s $28 less than the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Citrus Heights was $303.

The most expensive community in Sacramento County is East Sacramento, where the median price per square foot in the last week was $509.

The best deal can be found in Galt, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $273.

In the past week, a 1,700-square-foot home on Poulson Street in Citrus Heights sold for $510,000.
