The median price per square foot for a home in North Sacramento increased in the last week to $326. That’s $2 less than the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in North Sacramento was $308.

The most expensive community in Sacramento County is East Sacramento, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $509.

The best deal can be found in Galt, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $273.

In the last week, a 1,181-square-foot home on Donerail Drive in North Sacramento sold for $385,500.
