The median price per square foot for a home in South Lake Tahoe decreased in the past week to $456. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in South Lake Tahoe was $485.
In the last week, a 1,522-square-foot home on Tahoe Keys Boulevard in South Lake Tahoe sold for $695,000.
