After Truckee, the most expensive community in Nevada County is Placer County foothills, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $364.
The best deal can be found in Grass Valley/Nevada City, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $272.
In the last week, a 1,976-square-foot home on Northwoods Boulevard in Truckee sold for $1,200,000.
