Truckee: See how much real estate prices increased last week

The median price per square foot for a home in Truckee increased in the last week to $607, which is the highest in the county. That’s $275 more than the Nevada County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Truckee was $595.

After Truckee, the most expensive community in Nevada County is Placer County foothills, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $364.

The best deal can be found in Grass Valley/Nevada City, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $272.

In the last week, a 1,976-square-foot home on Northwoods Boulevard in Truckee sold for $1,200,000.

The figures in this text are based on sales registered during the week of Oct. 3.
