Single family residence in El Dorado Hills sells for $1.2 million

A spacious house built in 2003 located in the 3500 block of Park Drive in El Dorado Hills has a new owner. The 4,404-square-foot property was sold on Sept. 20, 2022 for $1,200,000, or $272 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, an attached garage, and three parking spaces. It sits on a 0.8-acre lot.

These nearby houses have also recently been purchased:

• On Ridgeview Drive, El Dorado Hills, in April 2022, a 1,908-square-foot home was sold for $630,000, a price per square foot of $330.
• In July 2021, a home on Roble Court in El Dorado Hills sold for $220,000.
• A home on the 3600 block of Roble Court in El Dorado Hills sold in March 2022 for $260,000.
