Additional houses have recently changed hands nearby:

• On Scenic Heights Way, Carmichael, in June 2022, a 4,235-square-foot home was sold for $2,000,000, a price per square foot of $472.
• A 3,183-square-foot home on the 3000 block of Parkwood Court in Carmichael sold in May 2021 for $1,190,000, a price per square foot of $374.
• In April 2022, a 4,811-square-foot home on Chiquita Way in Carmichael sold for $2,120,000, a price per square foot of $441.
