The most expensive community in Yolo County is Davis, where the median price per square foot in the last week was $457.

Outside of West Sacramento, the best deal can be found in Woodland, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $342.

In the past week, a 1,549-square-foot home on Park Circle in West Sacramento sold for $530,000.
