How much did it cost to buy a home in Rancho Cordova, California last week?

The median price per square foot for a home in Rancho Cordova decreased in the past week to $291, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $29 less than the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Rancho Cordova was $297.

The most expensive community in Sacramento County is Downtown and Midtown, where the median price per square foot in the last week was $564.

Outside of Rancho Cordova, the best deal can be found in Elk Grove East of Hwy 99, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $302.

In the past week, a 943-square-foot home on Trinity River Drive in Rancho Cordova sold for $275,000.
