The median price per square foot for a home in South Sacramento decreased in the last week to $309. That’s $11 less than the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in South Sacramento was $313.

The most expensive community in Sacramento County is Downtown and Midtown, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $564.

The best deal can be found in Rancho Cordova, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $291.

In the past week, a 1,355-square-foot home on Deer Hill Drive in South Sacramento sold for $420,000.
