The median price per square foot for a home in Grass Valley/Nevada City increased in the last week to $315. That’s $14 less than the Nevada County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Grass Valley/Nevada City was $246.

The most expensive community in Nevada County is Truckee, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $452.

The best deal can be found in Placer County foothills, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $308.

In the last week, a 1,698-square-foot home on Horizon Circle in Grass Valley/Nevada City sold for $535,000.
