Single family residence sells in Nevada City for $2.4 million

The unit sits on a 21.8-acre lot.

• In May 2021, a 1,162-square-foot home on Jacks Road in Nevada City sold for $488,500, a price per square foot of $420.
• On Daniels Drive, Nevada City, in December 2021, a 1,408-square-foot home was sold for $505,000, a price per square foot of $359.
• A 1,000-square-foot home on the 11100 block of Willow Valley Road in Nevada City sold in December 2021 for $505,000, a price per square foot of $505.
