• On Western Sierra Way, El Dorado Hills, in July 2021, a 3,010-square-foot home was sold for $1,675,000, a price per square foot of $556.
• A 3,371-square-foot home on the 2600 block of Aberdeen Lane in El Dorado Hills sold in August 2020 for $1,675,000, a price per square foot of $497.
• In May 2022, a 3,371-square-foot home on Aberdeen Lane in El Dorado Hills sold for $1,262,000, a price per square foot of $374.
