It sits on a 4,500-square-foot lot.

• A 2,789-square-foot home on the 900 block of Pierce Lane in Davis sold in August 2021 for $1,317,000, a price per square foot of $472.
• In October 2021, a 1,943-square-foot home on Pierce Lane in Davis sold for $1,190,000, a price per square foot of $612.
• On Dolcini Lane, Davis, in January 2022, a 2,489-square-foot home was sold for $1,250,000, a price per square foot of $502.
