The property features three bedrooms, four baths, a garage, and three parking spaces. There's also a pool in the backyard. The unit sits on a 7,300-square-foot lot.

These nearby houses have also recently changed hands:

• A 2,132-square-foot home on the 1300 block of 37th Street in Sacramento sold in January 2022 for $1,480,000, a price per square foot of $694.
• In June 2022, a 1,059-square-foot home on M Street in Sacramento sold for $612,000, a price per square foot of $578.
• On 39th Street, Sacramento, in November 2021, a 3,109-square-foot home was sold for $1,600,000, a price per square foot of $515.
