Grass Valley/Nevada City: See how much real estate prices decreased last week

The median price per square foot for a home in Grass Valley/Nevada City decreased in the last week to $289, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $26 less than the Nevada County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Grass Valley/Nevada City was $312.

The most expensive community in Nevada County is Truckee, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $592.

Outside of Grass Valley/Nevada City, the best deal can be found in Placer County foothills, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $316.

In the past week, a 1,798-square-foot home on Anchor Lane in Grass Valley/Nevada City sold for $520,000.
