These nearby houses have also recently changed hands:

• On Sur Mer Drive, El Dorado Hills, in December 2021, a 4,428-square-foot home was sold for $1,720,000, a price per square foot of $388.
• In April 2021, a 4,829-square-foot home on Sur Mer Drive in El Dorado Hills sold for $1,700,000, a price per square foot of $352.
• A 4,298-square-foot home on the 5400 block of Sur Mer Drive in El Dorado Hills sold in May 2022 for $1,900,000, a price per square foot of $442.
