What was the increase in real estate prices in Truckee last week?

The median price per square foot for a home in Truckee increased in the last week to $592, which is the highest in the county. That’s $277 more than the Nevada County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Truckee was $459.

After Truckee, the most expensive community in Nevada County is Placer County foothills, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $316.

The best deal can be found in Grass Valley/Nevada City, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $289.

In the last week, a 1,536-square-foot home on Sitzmark Way in Truckee sold for $910,000.
