Single family residence sells in El Dorado Hills for $1.8 million

The spacious property located in the 500 block of Lakecrest Drive in El Dorado Hills was sold on Oct. 18, 2022 for $1,805,000, or $351 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms, four bathrooms, an attached garage, and one parking space, as well as a pool in the backyard. The unit sits on a 0.5-acre lot.

Additional houses have recently changed hands nearby:

• A 4,460-square-foot home on the 1300 block of Promontory Point Drive in El Dorado Hills sold in August 2021 for $1,098,500, a price per square foot of $246.
• On Lakecrest Drive, El Dorado Hills, in November 2021, a 4,962-square-foot home was sold for $1,300,000, a price per square foot of $262.
• In July 2021, a 5,972-square-foot home on Lakecrest Drive in El Dorado Hills sold for $1,500,000, a price per square foot of $251.
