The median price per square foot for a home in El Dorado County foothills increased in the last week to $292, which is the lowest in the county. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in El Dorado County foothills was $226.

The most expensive community in El Dorado County is South Lake Tahoe, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $442.

Outside of El Dorado County foothills, the best deal can be found in El Dorado Hills, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $292.

In the past week, a 1,196-square-foot home on Wisteria Road in Pollock Pines sold for $350,000.
