Additional houses have recently changed hands close by:

• On Fernwood Drive, Shingle Springs, in July 2021, a 4,596-square-foot home was sold for $1,050,000, a price per square foot of $228.
• A 2,686-square-foot home on the 5700 block of Fernwood Drive in Shingle Springs sold in April 2021 for $1,200,000, a price per square foot of $447.
• In March 2022, a 2,728-square-foot home on Lonesome Dove Drive in Shingle Springs sold for $1,500,000, a price per square foot of $550.
