The median price per square foot for a home in El Dorado Hills decreased in the last week to $292, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $27 less than the El Dorado County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in El Dorado Hills was $328.

The most expensive community in El Dorado County is South Lake Tahoe, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $442.

Outside of El Dorado Hills, the best deal can be found in El Dorado County foothills, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $292.

In the last week, a 4,897-square-foot home on Terracina Drive in El Dorado Hills sold for $1,431,000.
