The median price per square foot for a home in North Sacramento decreased in the past week to $309. That’s $15 less than the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in North Sacramento was $326.

The most expensive community in Sacramento County is Downtown and Midtown, where the median price per square foot in the last week was $584.

The best deal can be found in East Sacramento, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $180.

In the last week, a 936-square-foot home on Acacia Avenue in North Sacramento sold for $290,000.
