The property features four bedrooms, five baths, a garage, and three parking spaces. The unit sits on a 2.6-acre lot.

These nearby houses have also recently been purchased:

• On Shadow Mountain Way, Auburn, in July 2021, a 4,932-square-foot home was sold for $1,620,000, a price per square foot of $328.
• In March 2022, a 2,988-square-foot home on Shadow Rock Drive in Auburn sold for $1,325,000, a price per square foot of $443.
• A 2,735-square-foot home on the 14600 block of Curry Court in Auburn sold in September 2021 for $1,049,000, a price per square foot of $384.
