Additional houses have recently changed hands nearby:

• In April 2021, a 2,080-square-foot home on Shadow Drive in Auburn sold for $670,000, a price per square foot of $322.
• A 2,600-square-foot home on the 23500 block of Shadow Drive in Auburn sold in April 2022 for $1,525,000, a price per square foot of $587.
• On Shadow Drive, Auburn, in August 2021, a 2,278-square-foot home was sold for $797,000, a price per square foot of $350.
