Grass Valley/Nevada City: See how much real estate prices increased last week

The median price per square foot for a home in Grass Valley/Nevada City increased in the last week to $273, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $52 less than the Nevada County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Grass Valley/Nevada City was $260.

The most expensive community in Nevada County is Truckee, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $578.

Outside of Grass Valley/Nevada City, the best deal can be found in Placer County foothills, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $286.

In the past week, a 3,982-square-foot home on Sweethaven Court in Grass Valley/Nevada City sold for $1,090,000.
