Condominium sells in Truckee for $3.4 million

A condominium built in 2010 located in the 13000 block of Ritz Carlton Highlands Court in Truckee has a new owner. The 1,863-square-foot property was sold on Oct. 27, 2022 for $3,375,000, or $1,812 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The unit sits on a 1,671-square-foot lot.

These nearby units have also recently changed hands:

• On Trailside Loop, Truckee, in July 2021, a 3,280-square-foot unit was sold for $2,695,000, a price per square foot of $822.
• A 842-square-foot unit on the 4100 block of Coyote Fork in Truckee sold in April 2021 for $770,000, a price per square foot of $914.
• In December 2021, a 633-square-foot unit on Coyote Fork in Truckee sold for $450,000, a price per square foot of $711.
