Lincoln: See how much real estate prices decreased last week

The median price per square foot for a home in Lincoln decreased in the past week to $278, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $66 less than the Placer County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Lincoln was $308.

The most expensive community in Placer County is Truckee, where the median price per square foot in the last week was $578.

Outside of Lincoln, the best deal can be found in Placer County foothills, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $286.

In the last week, a 1,793-square-foot home on Grand Pheasant Lane in Lincoln sold for $498,500.
