The property features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an attached garage, and three parking spaces. It sits on a 1.0-acre lot, which also has a pool.

These nearby houses have also recently changed hands:

• On Primrose Place, Davis, in September 2021, a 3,320-square-foot home was sold for $1,293,500, a price per square foot of $390.
• A 2,833-square-foot home on the 39600 block of Lupine Court in Davis sold in June 2021 for $1,400,000, a price per square foot of $494.
• In August 2021, a 3,845-square-foot home on Larkspur Place in Davis sold for $1,390,000, a price per square foot of $362.
