Most expensive non-oceanfront home sells in Pebble Beach at $28M. See panoramic views
A newly built contemporary estate overlooking Pebble Beach Golf Links has sold for $28 million, making it the highest non-oceanfront residence sold in the Monterey County community, according to The Agency real estate firm.
The property offers panoramic ocean views along the Northern California coast. Totaling 11,228 square feet, the six-bedroom home, built in 2022, sits on two acres above the famed 17 Mile Drive. There’s a separate 800-square-foot ADU structure on the property, too.
The estate, originally priced at $33.5 million, is dubbed The Edge. It overlooks the legendary Pebble Beach golf course, Carmel Beach, Point Lobos and Pescadero Point.

The home was designed by Sterling | Huddleson Architecture.
The entrance to the two-story residence, 1691 Crespi Lane in Pebble Beach, California begins with a large motor court and is punctuated by a sculpture garden. A frameless glass entry opens into a 75-foot-long art gallery that leads to a large dining room and open-concept entertainment space with 16-foot ceilings, a full bar and a wall of sliding doors that accesses a covered terrace with a fire pit, an outdoor kitchen and picturesque Carmel area ocean views.
A home theater room and primary suite with spa-like bathrooms, expansive dual wardrobes, an office and a massage/exercise room are also found on the first level.
The lower level features a wine tasting room with storage for 3,500 bottles, a large office/bedroom suite, three additional guest suites, a central sitting and media area, and a kitchenette with an elevator.
