Sale closed in Galt: $1.6 million for a farmhouse

A 1,776-square-foot house built in 1910 has changed hands. The historic property located in the 5000 block of Liberty Road in Galt was sold on Nov. 17, 2022 for $1,600,000, or $901 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms, one bath, and a none. The unit sits on a 40.8-acre lot.

Additional houses have recently changed hands close by:

• In April 2022, a 1,320-square-foot home on North Cherokee Lane in Galt sold for $1,175,000, a price per square foot of $890.
• On North Cherokee Lane, Galt, in April 2022, a home was sold for $1,175,000.
