Three-bedroom home sells for $1.5 million in Galt

A spacious house built in 1963 located in the 1200 block of Amador Avenue in Galt has a new owner. The 2,240-square-foot property was sold on Oct. 26, 2022 for $1,500,000, or $670 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It sits on a 13.0-acre lot, which also has a pool.

These nearby houses have also recently changed hands:

• In May 2021, a 2,566-square-foot home on Denier Court in Galt sold for $590,000, a price per square foot of $230.
• On Trafalgar Circle, Galt, in September 2022, a 2,192-square-foot home was sold for $535,000, a price per square foot of $244.
• A 3,746-square-foot home on the 900 block of Trafalgar Circle in Galt sold in July 2022 for $846,000, a price per square foot of $226.
