The property features six bedrooms, three baths, a garage, and three parking spaces. It sits on a 0.3-acre lot, which also has a pool.

Additional houses have recently been purchased nearby:

• A 2,020-square-foot home on the 1600 block of Renpoint Way in Folsom sold in April 2021 for $755,000, a price per square foot of $374.
• In July 2021, a 1,607-square-foot home on Caislean Way in Folsom sold for $690,000, a price per square foot of $429.
• On Traziel Court, Folsom, in November 2021, a 3,160-square-foot home was sold for $1,057,500, a price per square foot of $335.
