The $1,415,000 purchase price works out to $356 per square foot. The property features six bedrooms, four baths, a garage, and three parking spaces. The unit sits on a 3.0-acre lot.

Additional houses have recently been purchased close by:

• A 3,379-square-foot home on the 2000 block of Black Oak Road in Auburn sold in July 2021 for $839,000, a price per square foot of $248.
• In December 2021, a 1,060-square-foot home on Dry Creek Road in Auburn sold for $560,000, a price per square foot of $528.
• On Dry Creek Road, Auburn, in December 2021, a 482-square-foot home was sold for $560,000, a price per square foot of $1,162.
