The unit sits on a 0.5-acre lot.

• On Reddick Way, El Dorado Hills, in April 2021, a 3,665-square-foot home was sold for $1,090,000, a price per square foot of $297.
• A 2,622-square-foot home on the 800 block of Knight Lane in El Dorado Hills sold in October 2022 for $1,180,000, a price per square foot of $450.
• In December 2021, a 2,043-square-foot home on Ridgeview Drive in El Dorado Hills sold for $710,000, a price per square foot of $348.
