• In June 2021, a 4,387-square-foot home on Da Vinci Drive in El Dorado Hills sold for $2,250,000, a price per square foot of $513.
• On Crivelli Court, El Dorado Hills, in September 2021, a 5,805-square-foot home was sold for $3,150,000, a price per square foot of $543.
• A 4,176-square-foot home on the 5300 block of Da Vinci Drive in El Dorado Hills sold in November 2022 for $2,650,000, a price per square foot of $635.
