Single-family residence sells for $1.2 million in Davis

A spacious house built in 1975 located in the 900 block of Burr Street in Davis has a new owner. The 2,256-square-foot property was sold on Dec. 8, 2022 for $1,205,000, or $534 per square foot. The property features five bedrooms, two bathrooms, an attached garage, and two parking spaces, as well as a pool in the backyard. The unit sits on a 9,792-square-foot lot.

Additional houses have recently been purchased close by:

• In May 2022, a 1,623-square-foot home on Barkley Street in Davis sold for $850,000, a price per square foot of $524.
• On Buchanan Street, Davis, in September 2021, a 2,202-square-foot home was sold for $960,000, a price per square foot of $436.
• A 2,444-square-foot home on the 1900 block of Glenn Place in Davis sold in March 2022 for $1,400,000, a price per square foot of $573.
