• On Weatherly Place, Grass Valley, in February 2022, a 4,587-square-foot home was sold for $1,150,000, a price per square foot of $251.
• In April 2021, a 3,679-square-foot home on Somerset Drive in Grass Valley sold for $990,000, a price per square foot of $269.
• A 3,419-square-foot home on the 12800 block of Chatsworth Lane in Grass Valley sold in May 2021 for $1,275,000, a price per square foot of $373.
