• A 3,010-square-foot home on the 300 block of Willard Court in El Dorado Hills sold in October 2022 for $1,790,000, a price per square foot of $595.
• On Western Sierra Way, El Dorado Hills, in March 2022, a 3,499-square-foot home was sold for $1,850,000, a price per square foot of $529.
